Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience managing services including supervising field technicians.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Security and ATM Service operations and maintain quality service.
• Lead and develop service technicians including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage service calls, maintenance, and escalations.
• Monitor technician performance and field operations for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate ATM/ITM/TCR installations from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets; communicate with customers and teams.
• Ensure projects are properly planned, equipped, and executed.
• Ensure installations are completed on time and within budget, with proper documentation.
• Act as main contact between customers, service teams and internal departments.
