Mackey's Colchester is seeking a Service Associate to be at the forefront of customer experience and to grow with a growing omnichannel retail leader. You will develop skills in retail operations and leadership while supporting both in-store and online orders.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, mentoring teammates, managing inventory, operating equipment (forklifts, training provided), and creating engaging product displays in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Desire to learn and master new skills.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training).

Responsibilities
