Work Environment

Mackey’s is a fast‑paced retail environment that involves continuous interaction with customers, team members, and the ongoing evolution of the store.

Responsibilities require active movements that include reaching, bending, and lifting. Product weights range from 5–60 lbs. with occasional variations due to product condition.

The seasonality of the business and corresponding product offerings involves exposure to varying temperatures and allergens.

Environment requires spending a prolonged period of time on your feet, standing or walking, continuously between breaks.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, cashier, accounting office and/or service desk experience, particularly in a retail setting.
• Write and speak clearly, concisely and with tact in a variety of settings using effective communication skills; demonstrating empathy and respect for others at all times.
• Experience leading a team or project.
• Experience working in a bank or accounting firm.
• Experience handling large sums of cash or other tender.
