It is expected that all Service Associates will function as members of a team dedicated to supporting the highest quality care and services to our patients by assisting in functions such as maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment; assisting with dietary aspects of care; facilitating communication, e.g., answering phones; transporting patients; and assisting visitors. As an integral part of the team, the Service Associate is responsible for activities that promote patient-focused care within the Care Center.
Education, Training & Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent with vocational/technical training preferred.
Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
