Hai Hospitality is hiring a Service Assistant to support service on every level and help create memorable guest experiences. We will teach you the ropes to become an excellent server as quickly as your potential allows!

You will learn about Japanese cuisine, beer, wine, and sake through beverage training, stay active on the floor, and assist with side work, bussing, and table resets while keeping a clean, efficient dining room.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist servers and support floor operations during service.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu and current specials.
• Assist with running side work, bussing, and resetting tables.
• Deliver food, explain dishes, and assist curbside orders.
• Stock supplies and maintain a neat service area.
• Support servers to enhance the guest experience.
