Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level team member for dining room support in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will learn menu details, assist front-of-house staff, and help with opening/closing duties to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include delivering food and beverages, assisting guests, restocking, cleaning, and maintaining safe walkways. Flexible scheduling, strong teamwork, and a professional appearance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Entry level position for detail-oriented individuals.
• Polished, professional appearance with a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking under pressure.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.

• Memorize table and seat numbers to aid efficient service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns to team leads.
• Assist frontline staff during high-volume periods.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including setting/resetting dining room.
