Qualifications

• Experience in dealership receptionist or cashier roles.
• Familiarity with dealership software such as CDK Drive.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service department check-in procedures.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks.
• Create, update, and maintain customer and repair order records.
• Process service-related paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Assist with customer communication regarding appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
• Receive and process customer payments as needed.
• Maintain organized files and records within the dealership management system.
• Support parts and service operations with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Help keep the service reception and customer waiting areas clean and professional.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• High school diploma or GED required.


• Valid driver's license preferred.
