Responsibilities

• Maintaining the dishroom and ensuring all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Bussing and cleaning guest tables in the dining area.
• Delivering trays of dirty dishware to the dishroom and stocking the service area with clean dishware.
• Cleaning and organizing the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and stock areas.
• Cleaning floors and removing garbage in the front and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Maintaining and servicing restrooms.

1. Maintaining the dishroom and ensuring all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

2. Bussing and cleaning guest tables in the dining area.

3. Delivering trays of dirty dishware to the dishroom and stocking the service area with clean dishware.

4. Cleaning and organizing the back of house, including coolers, freezers, and stock areas.

5. Cleaning floors and removing garbage in the front and back of house, restrooms, and parking lot.

6. Maintaining and servicing restrooms.

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: $9.39 - Maximum: $14.85
