Qualifications

• Participating in TECO Energy Student Program to gain real-world experience and contribute to meaningful projects.
• Field of study should align with business needs and academic background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work and communications between fields, engineering, and administrative teams.
• Tracking work requests, outstanding items, and project status.
• Scheduling, organizing, and following up on operational activities.
• Develop deeper knowledge of utility distribution/design and engineering processes.
• Strengthen SAP, budgeting, and financial-tracking skills.
• Improve project coordination and workflow-management capabilities.
