• Establish relationships with customers and agencies to determine service requirements.
• Create and manage drawings and permit documents for TEC projects.
• Manage TEC Work Management System (WMS) work requests and schedules.
• Coordinate with TEC Planning, Field Construction, Operations, and customers.
