Paradigm Mechanical Corp. in Santee, CA is hiring a Service Accounts Receivable specialist to own billing and collections for our service business. You will manage invoicing across service, maintenance, quotes, and contracts using ServiceBridge and client portals.

You will apply payments daily, maintain AR under 5% past due, conduct credit checks, and support dispatch and office needs as required. This is an on-site, full-time hourly role with 401(k) and health benefits.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Ability to ask a client for money without damaging the relationship.
• Real accuracy; invoices must be correct before paying.
• Follow-through and discipline to perform daily tasks.
• Nice to have service-trade billing and portals like Service Channel.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing - all service, maintenance, quoted, and contract work through ServiceBridge and client portals.
• Collections - follow up on outstanding invoices and keep AR past 90 days under 5%.
• Cash application - apply payments daily, send deposit summaries, deliver weekly updates.
• Credit - run credit applications and checks before terms; track deposits on quoted jobs.
• COD and DNS accounts - keep dispatch and techs current so service isn’t disrupted.
• Backup dispatch and office support when the team needs it.
