DuPratt Ford Dixon in Dixon, CA is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC to handle service appointment scheduling and coordination with the service department. You will be the primary contact for customers seeking service appointments and will strive to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments using dealership software, follow up on status and satisfaction, and help maintain accurate records while supporting service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or BDC role, preferably in automotive service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computer software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software systems.
