• Ability to make 75–125 outbound calls per day.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75-125 calls/day).
• Schedule service appointments and determine customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate team member.
• Suggest service appointment specials to fit customer needs.
• Enter and maintain vehicle and customer data in the computer system.
