Qualifications

• Customer service, call center, or automotive experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to schedule, track, and document appointments and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Serve as the primary contact for service appointment inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Document customer concerns and history in dealership systems.
• Act as liaison between customers and the service department.
• Support capacity planning with service personnel.
• Follow up on missed appointments and retention opportunities.
• Assist with customer outreach campaigns and dealership communications.
• Direct calls to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
• Meet performance goals related to appointment scheduling and engagement.
