• Schedules service appointments and maintains the service schedule.
• Makes service follow up calls ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicates with customers by phone, email, or in person according to their preferred method.
• Has thorough knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Satisfies transportation needs of customers.
• Directs customers to product information resources, including online materials.
• Assists customers in selecting services.
• Checks emails frequently and responds promptly; forwards messages to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinates promotions with dealership advertising.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Keeps abreast of new products and services and their benefits.
