Job summary

Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking an experienced Appointment Coordinator in our Service Department. You’ll be the friendly voice guiding guests as they schedule and complete service visits.

Primarily 7 AM – 4 PM with some flexibility; you’ll identify service needs, explain maintenance recommendations, and support the Service Manager with admin tasks. We offer training, benefits, and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment scheduling or customer service.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers over phone, email, and text, scheduling service appointments.
• Help customers identify service needs and explain maintenance recommendations.
• Learn and master scheduling system to ensure Service Department runs smoothly.
• Make follow-up calls after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage return business.
• Conduct follow-ups on declined services to generate sales opportunities.
• Support the Service Manager with administrative and customer service tasks.
