TPIS is seeking a Service and Repairs Technician to support customers with integrity while completing all routes and services across Las Marías, PR. You will install, maintain, and repair water dispensers and filtration systems in residences and businesses, ensuring accurate service records in Salesforce.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service and route/logistics experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of route fulfillment and/or logistics experience.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Good reasoning, critical thinking, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards when installing and servicing water dispensers, filtration systems, ice machines, and coffee machines.
  • Complete all assigned daily services in full.
  • Install, maintain, and relocate equipment; replace filters as needed.
  • Record services and parts used in Salesforce.
  • Deliver invoices and service agreements to customers.
  • Perform product sales and deliveries.
  • Manage daily route to ensure completion of services.
  • Manage inventory in the assigned vehicle.
  • Conduct customer facility evaluations for potential installations.
  • Keep company vehicle clean and organized; safeguard tools.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS TECHNICIAN

FULL TIME Las Marias, PR, PR

Position

The Service Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with the highest level of integrity while seeking a mutually beneficial outcome for both the company and the client. Their objective is to complete all assigned routes and delegated services, attending to customers courteously and ethically, and ensuring that all required information is completed after each service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the quality, hygiene, and service standards established by the company and its clients when installing and servicing water dispensers, water filtration equipment, ice machines, and coffee machines in residences and businesses across the island.
  • Completing all assigned daily services in full.
  • Installing and performing maintenance on water coolers, water filtration systems, ice machines, and coffee machines.
  • Replacing equipment filters.
  • Installing, removing, and relocating equipment.
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and descaling equipment.
  • Handling repairs and resolving service calls.
  • Delivering invoices and service agreements to customers.
  • Performing product sales and deliveries.
  • Recording all completed services and parts used in Salesforce.
  • Managing their daily route to ensure completion of all assigned services.
  • Managing their inventory, including but not limited to products, parts, and filters in the assigned vehicle.
  • Conducting evaluations at customer facilities for potential installations.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and organized at all times.
  • Being responsible for company-issued tools in case of loss.
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in professional customer service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in route fulfillment and/or logistics
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Reasoning, critical thinking, and sound judgment
  • Problem-solving skills

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

  • $13.00 per hour
