Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Service Ambassador in Concord, NC. You will be the first friendly face for patients and visitors, greeting them with warmth and professionalism and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

As the front desk lead, you will answer incoming calls, maintain a clean reception area, sort mail, perform data entry and scanning, and support various clerical tasks to keep the center running smoothly.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception / lobby area.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Other clerical duties as needed for the successful operation of the center

Monday - Thursday 8am to 6pm
