Job summary

Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC is seeking a Service Ambassador to be the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for their visit. Your warm welcome and attentive service will help ensure every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

You will greet patients and visitors, answer calls, maintain a clean lobby, sort and distribute mail, and support administrative tasks while addressing inquiries to deliver a positive, memorable patient experience and

• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department.

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Other clerical duties as needed for the successful operation of the center.
