Responsibilities

Serve as a customer support contact for service agreement inquiries and scheduling to promote high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and monitor preventative maintenance service agreements, renewal timelines, and related documentation.
Coordinate scheduling of maintenance work with management, dispatch, and technicians; assist with billing reports and records.
