Job summary

LOMA SYSTEMS, a member of ITW, is seeking a Service Sales Representative to build relationships with potential, dormant and existing customers, promote service and equipment solutions, and drive revenue through contracts, parts and training. You will support the sales and service teams via lead generation, outbound campaigns and effective account management.

Qualifications

Proactive, highly driven self-starter with strong communication and sales acumen.
Excellent telephone manners and cold-calling experience.
Ability to articulate the value proposition of industrial equipment solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Grow service agreement contract sales by upgrading customers to higher tiers.
Promote aftermarket products like spare parts, training, TRACS monitoring software, and production support time.
Generate equipment leads via consultative sales and outbound outreach.
Collaborate with service, sales, marketing and support for a seamless customer experience.
Maintain CRM and Lead Management System; report on opportunities and accounts.
Identify new aftermarket opportunities and support customers through lifecycle.
