Jiffy Lube in Melrose Park, IL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/CSA to deliver exceptional guest service and guide customers through maintenance options.

You will capture needs, explain manufacturer recommendations, and perform Signature Service oil changes along with other preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Duties Include, but are not limited to…:

• Providing exceptional and world-class customer service
• Understanding the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services
• Accurately capturing guests' product needs and providing updates throughout the process
• Offering tailored options to meet guests' automotive needs
• Providing impartial advice to keep guests informed about manufacturer recommendations
• Performing Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventative maintenance services

Qualifications:

Previous experience of at least 1 year in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube as a service advisor/writer is required. We are seeking individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
