Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Participation in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate automotive service and repair processes.
• Accurately identify vehicle performance concerns and service needs.
• Contact assigned guests twice daily with status updates.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop accurate estimates for recommended repairs.
• Prepare and document repair orders.
• Serve as the communication link between guests and Technicians.
• Ensure Technicians understand customer needs and concerns.
• Clearly explain recommended services and repair findings to guests.
