Job summary

Morrie's Auto Group in West Salem, IL is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, gather vehicle information, and coordinate repairs with our team. You will inspect vehicles for bodywork, secure estimates, and keep customers informed about timing and charges.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify if repairs are needed.
• Secure customer agreement on estimates and timing.

• Handle customer questions and follow up on repairs.
• Provide status updates and explain charges to customers.
• Deliver vehicles and review work performed with customers.
• Refer leads to sales departments and support the service manager.
• Follow safety procedures in the shop.
