Job summary

Tony Group Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Trainer to develop and coach Service Advisors across our dealership locations in Hawaii. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching on the service drive, classroom and individual training, and collaboration with Service Managers and Technicians to elevate the overall guest experience.

You will observe real guest interactions, coach in the moment, and drive improvements in service processes, while tracking performance metrics and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a related field (Service Advisor, Service Manager, Fixed Operations).
• 2+ years in training, coaching, or management preferred.
• Multi-store or group experience strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of dealership processes and performance drivers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Service Advisors to improve knowledge, confidence and performance.
• Observe Service Drive interactions and provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Develop and deliver classroom and individual training.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Technicians to improve the service experience.
• Coach on CP ELR and CP Hours/RO performance.
• Lead MPI and Video MPI processes and training.
• Enhance Guest Experience and Service Process through standardized practices.
• Develop and maintain training materials and scorecards.
