Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an L&D Service Trainer to coach and inspire service staff across East and West Coast markets. You will conduct classroom training and on-the-go coaching to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.

Role requires 2–4 years in service management or service advisor roles in automotive retail and travel about 75% of the time. Weekly pay with comprehensive benefits and ongoing development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as either a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the automotive retail space.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in either position.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training for new and current team members.
• Coach and inspire service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Travel ~75% to support East/West Coast dealerships.
• Develop and update training materials and onboarding processes.
