Tony Group Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Trainer to develop and coach Service Advisors across our Hawaii dealership locations. The role focuses on improving advisor skills, consistency, and the Guest experience through hands-on coaching and classroom training.

The Trainer will observe real interactions, perform in-the-moment coaching, and partner with Service Managers and Technicians to enhance service quality and mentorship across stores.

Formación

• 5+ years in service operations or related field
• 2+ years in training, coaching, or management
• Multi-store or group experience preferred
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver training to improve Service Advisor knowledge, confidence, consistency, and performance.
• Coach Advisors on the Awesome Guest Experience across service drive interactions and recommendations.
• Train and reinforce MPI/Video MPI processes and effective communication of technician findings.
• Lead coaching sessions and role-plays; monitor performance via CP ELR, CP Hours/RO, CSI, and retention metrics.
• Create and maintain training materials, tools, scorecards, and development resources.
• Collaborate with Directors and managers to identify training opportunities and align with operational goals.
