Job summary

Earthborne Trucks and Equipment in Warrington, PA, is seeking a motivated team member to join our service department. You will open and close work orders, bill appropriately, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process at our facility.

You will also field road service calls, assist with administrative tasks, schedule appointments, estimate jobs, and promote our service team. High school diploma or GED is required; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office experience.
• Good written and oral skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations of our customer.
• Open and close work orders, bill work orders accordingly and collect payments.
• Communicate with customers during their repair process at our facility.
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours.
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks.
• Scheduling customer appointments and workloads in the shop.
• Estimating jobs.
• Promoting our service team.
