Dave Syverson Auto Center is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to their needs, and schedule appointments. The role includes setting up loaner cars, verifying insurance, and preparing accurate labor and parts estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in service department experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify the problem quickly and communicate findings clearly.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and obtain their vehicle information.
• Explain symptoms and report them accurately to customers.
• Determine maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage and history.
• Prepare complete estimates of labor and parts costs.
• Monitor vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
• Verify final invoices match work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
