Job summary

SWOPE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM INC in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Full Time Service Advisor to manage the guest service experience from drop-off to vehicle return. You will greet guests, advise on vehicle care, and communicate repair timelines while maintaining CSI standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Pre-employment testing including background and drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership’s service manager.
• Responsible for the entire guest service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the guest.
• Greet every guest at their car with a smile.
• Advise guests on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Effectively communicate to the guest the timeline of repair and maintenance.
• Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient work flow.
• Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner.
• Resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
