Bav Auto Repair in San Antonio seeks an experienced Service Advisor / Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations, grow the business, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role goes beyond service writing, requiring proven leadership in an independent auto repair shop.

You will manage workflow, develop technicians, build repair estimates, and drive sales while maintaining trust and quality. European vehicle expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful Service Advisor experience in an independent auto repair shop.
• Proven leadership or shop-management experience.
• Strong estimating and parts knowledge.
• Experience growing a shop or service department.
• Excellent customer communication and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license.

We are a family-owned European automotive repair shop in San Antonio looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Shop Manager who can lead the team, take care of customers, and help grow the business.

This is not just a service-writing position. We are looking for someone with proven experience in an independent automotive repair shop who can manage day-to-day operations, develop employees, increase sales, and create a great customer experience.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Experience managing people and holding a team accountable
• Strong customer communication and sales skills
• Familiarity with Tekmetric strongly preferred
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license
• Proven record of helping grow a shop or service department

Compensation

• $80,000 base salary
• 2% commission on total shop sales
• Expected first-year compensation of $100,000+
• Uncapped earning potential as the shop grows
