Job summary

Sames Auto Group is hiring a Service Advisor to assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance, advise on preventative services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, strong customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role includes promoting labor and parts, maintaining records, and working with multiple departments to satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years sales experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of dealership products helpful, including estimating with evaluative diagnostics.
• Ability to handle customer requirements and work under deadlines.
• Record keeping for customer vehicles and service history.
• Maintain vehicle history and follow-up on service needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance requests; advise on recommended services.
• Promote labor and parts sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers, gather information, and communicate repair estimates and timelines.
• Track repair progress and update customers; ensure accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
