Qualifications

• Experience with powersports or outdoor equipment preferred.
• Ability to explain repairs and charges clearly to customers.
• Familiar with service orders and warranty documentation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient with service management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle/equipment information at check-in.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow.
• Document customer concerns and needed services on repair orders.
• Communicate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and service.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and obtain customer authorizations.
• Update customers on status, estimates, and timelines.
• Close repair orders with all work documented and explained at pickup.
• Cashier customer payments for services rendered.
• Coordinate with warranty administrator for coverage accuracy.
• Maintain organized customer records and warranty documentation.
