Seminole Powersports North is seeking a personable Service Advisor/Writer to join our high-energy team in Eustis. You’ll be the primary link between customers and technicians, translating needs into clear work orders and accurate estimates.

You should have proven experience in service writing or advisor roles, excellent communication, and basic mechanical knowledge. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and organization will help you thrive in our fast-paced dealership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Writing or Advisor role (powersports or automotive a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge to explain repairs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for service customers and actively listen to needs.
• Translate customer needs into precise work orders for service technicians.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommendations and costs.
• Keep customers informed about service progress to build trust.
• Efficiently manage and finalize service tickets with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and Parts Department to ensure smooth operations.
