Job summary

Karl Malone Powersports Provo is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to support customers through timely repair and delivery of vehicles, from ATVs to motorcycles and snowmobiles. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Strong mechanical background and desire to continue learning.

• Prompt and courteous in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Test a vehicle's components, and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle's status and any additional needs. If additional repairs are needed, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations.
