Job summary

Furystillwatercdjr is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the main liaison between customers and the service department. You will ensure clear communication, document concerns, and prepare accurate repair estimates throughout the service process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, creating repair orders, communicating findings, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with technicians. This full‑time position includes Saturdays and focuses on CSI and high‑quality follow‑up with customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn DMS and scheduling systems.

About the Role

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with customer transportation and rental arrangements.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–2 years service advisor experience preferred.

• Automotive knowledge preferred.
