Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collect vehicle information and describe the issue.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify if actions are needed.
• Provide cost estimates and timelines.
• Advise customers on car care per manufacturer specs.
• Address minor complaints and manage customer questions.
• Track repair progress and phone customers about changes.
• Handle phone inquiries and return messages promptly.
• Deliver vehicles and review work performed and charges.
• Refer leads to sales and assist the service manager.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize exposure to hazards.
