Love's Travel Stops is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor for our Truck Care facilities. You will be the primary contact between customers and the sales department, delivering clear estimates, promotions, and approvals while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and teamwork to effectively greet customers, assess service needs, and keep customers informed about vehicle status and completed work.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean safety record; pass drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Greet customers and address vehicle service needs; document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and explain completed work; handle complaints.
