Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Service Advisor to drive sales in our Truck Care facilities through customer service, salesmanship, and leadership. You will lead service centers and progress toward becoming a Truck Care General Manager, blending technical know-how with people management.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, estimating repair costs, promoting promotions, obtaining approvals and payments, updating customers on status, handling complaints, and supporting talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT physical may be required.
• Motor vehicle check may be part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates and process payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and explain completed work; handle complaints.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
