Job summary

Toyot in Irving, TX seeks a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle data, and clearly report symptoms. You will determine maintenance needs based on age, mileage and history, and prepare a complete labor/parts cost estimate.

You will set follow-up times and monitor progress, updating customers frequently throughout the day. The role requires communicating clearly, reconciling invoices with work performed, and explaining all charges.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
• Above average energy level.
• Desire for a long term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• ADP computer experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
