Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive education or certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years experience as a service advisor preferred in automotive service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a warm, professional atmosphere.
• Act as primary contact for customers; understand concerns and requirements.
• Listen actively, document issues, and relay clearly to service technicians.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments to optimize technicians’ time and resources.
• Prepare and explain cost estimates for parts and labor; obtain customer approvals.
• Create and manage repair orders and maintain accurate service records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
