• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience or auto service management background.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to explain issues clearly to customers.
• Familiarity with Stellantis/FCA/Mopar brand standards is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities may include conducting road tests on customer vehicles. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service conditions.
