Qualifications

• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience or extensive auto service management background.
• Strong mechanical knowledge; hands-on technician background a plus.
• Familiarity with Stellantis/FCA/Mopar brand standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive repair including brakes, oil changes, alignments, diesel diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, listen to vehicle concerns, and document service needs.
• Provide detailed repair estimates, explain procedures, and recommend maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs based on urgency and parts availability.
• Advise customers on additional services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Manage service writing, process work orders, update repair statuses, and handle transactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers on repair status and readiness.
• Collaborate with parts department to order necessary components promptly.
• Promote dealership services to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all service documentation complies with company policies and standards.
• Stay current on Stellantis/Mopar technologies and manufacturer updates.
