• Work with technicians to determine repairs, parts, labor, and costs.
• Write accurate repair orders with complete documentation.
• Keep customers informed and notify when vehicle is ready.
• Explain warranties and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with Service Manager, Parts Department, technicians, and warranty admin.
