Job summary

Stockton Hyundai in Stockton, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and the service team. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, document issues, and create repair orders in the dealership management system.

This full-time, on-site role offers a commission-based pay plan with a monthly range of $6,000 to $10,000, plus comprehensive benefits. We value strong communication, automotive knowledge, teamwork and a commitment to delivering an outstanding service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance and repair processes.
• Comfortable using dealership software and digital inspection tools.
• Reliable, punctual and focused on high CSI scores.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage repair orders in the dealership management system.
