Responsibilities

• Coordinates all customer contact with the Service Department, including estimates, appointments, authorization, status inquiries, payment terms and complaints.
• Generates and maintains all work orders and repair orders; communicates with customers on repairs and timeframes.
• Coordinates with the Service Manager to assure timely completion and informs customers of changes in costs or time.
• Calculates labor charges and closes repair orders; reconciles orders with final invoices; forwards timecard discrepancies to payroll.
• Maintains courteous relations with customers; analyzes quality control reports and suggests improvements.
• Promotes labor, parts and accessories during customer contact and follows up on recommended repairs.
