Job summary

Capitol Subaru, part of the Del Grande Dealer Group, seeks a Service Advisor to deliver a world‑class automotive service experience. You’ll greet guests, assess needs, coordinate repairs using X-Time and CDK, and communicate repair estimates clearly.

Requirements: 1 year of service advisory experience and a valid driver’s license; availability evenings and weekends. Salary is $36,000–$150,000 annually with commissions; full benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service advisor experience required.
• Commitment to excellent guest experience in person and over the phone.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine needs, and coordinate vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK.
• Meet guests' needs throughout the service process and write repair orders.
• Coordinate check‑in/delivery, build repair estimates, and update guests on progress.
• Explain costs and times, obtain authorization before additional repairs.
• Advise guests on car care per manufacturer specifications and maintenance menus.
