You will coordinate with Service Technicians to keep vehicles safe and ensure a smooth service journey for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments for a positive service experience.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner upon arrival.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and walk-around/ test drive.
• Use consultative approach to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, transparently.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Own the customer experience and drive loyalty to the dealership.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
