You will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, translate customer issues into work orders, and collaborate with technicians to discuss repairs and options. The role requires at least three years of experience in the field and a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience with knowledge of industry products, repairs, and parts.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and maintaining the efficiency, professionalism, and profitability of the service department.
• Answer incoming calls to the Service Department and direct callers to the appropriate colleague.
• Set up appointments for service customers and translate reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Consult with technicians about necessary repairs and alternative options to offer customers.
