Job summary

Clearwater Toyota, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is hiring for a dealership service role. You will schedule service appointments, greet customers, provide accurate labor and parts estimates, and establish promised times.

You’ll monitor repair progress, inform customers of changes, and obtain authorization for additional work. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong reading/comprehension, at least two years in a dealership, knowledge of vehicle mechanics, and ASE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer data.
• Greets customers and provides estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitors repair progress and communicates changes to customers.
• Maintains customer satisfaction targets and follows safety policies.
